Craft Beer Tasting Notes: June 14

An interesting week for new releases. We’re always excited to get new cider from Faustino Cidery in the Okanagan and these two arrivals—Apple Plum and Apple Blueberry—are as exceptional as all of their lineup. Great flavour, wonderful balance and perfect carbonation—like a fine sparkling wine. Another exquisite new arrival is the Four Winds Norwegian Wood Farmhouse Saison, which is fermented with a traditional Norwegian yeast in French oak barrels. It is just exploding with wonderful fruit and funk aromas like a true farmhouse ale should. Lastly, we’re excited to welcome two more releases from Kentucky brewery Against the Grain: Kamen Knuddeln Dark Sour and Citra Ass Down Double IPA.
