We’re always on the look out for unique spirits to add to our selection. We particularly have an affinity for local, small batch artisanal spirits and we have received some amazing ones recently from Odd Society Spirits in Vancouver, who are making really interesting and tasty products. Now, we realize that not all of the product shown below actually qualify as spirits, but since most are used in cocktails, it makes sense to include them in this post. Also, if you’re a saké fan, you must try the G Genshu from SakeOne in Oregon. Genshu is strong, undiluted sake (about 18% ABV) that is best sipped on the rocks to release its aromatics and flavour or used in saké cocktails.
