There are two beauties (Parallel 49 Dumb Funk and The Bruery Humulus Terreux) that are fermented with a wild yeast called Brettanomyces, which produces some really nice fruit flavours that work will with IPAs. We also included a rarity from Four Winds, their gorgeous Imperial IPA called Vexillum.
