Ayinger Oktoberfest Marzen 500ml 5.8% (Germany)
Pours a clear yellow-orange colour. Big notes of sweet, nutty malt on the nose. Sweet up front on the palate with notes of caramel and marzipan. This is a big mouth-filling malt bomb. Creamy mouthfeel makes this very drinkable.
Cismontane Citizen California Lager 500ml 6% (Los Angeles)
Pours a deep yellow colour. Not very complex on the nose, just some grainy/nutty malt notes. The palate offers similarly malt-forward notes, with some fruity notes, as well. Nice creamy mouthfeel, very drinkable medium-bodied lager.
Cismontane Coulter IPA 500ml 7.2% (Los Angeles)
Pours a clear copper-orange colour. Fresh notes of stone fruit and pine on the nose. Definitely a different sort of IPA. Subtle tropical fruit notes and pineapple on the palate. Creamy mouthfeel. Not super aggressive and bitter, but still delicious.
New Belgium/3 Floyds Lips of Faith Grätzer 650ml 4.5% (Colorado/Indiana)
Pours a chocolate brown colour. Strong grainy rye bread, smoke and dark chocolate dominate. On the palate it’s tart, smoky and savoury with a dry finish. Very interesting dark lager style with huge complexity.
No-Li Rise & Grind Dark Ale with Coffee 4-pks 6.1% (Spokane)
Pours a dark coffee brown colour. Strong notes of coffee and espresso on the nose. Notes of sweet malt on the palate with rich coffee and espresso notes on the palate. Tastes like a chocolate covered coffee bean.
Elysian Dark of the Moon Pumpkin Stout 650ml 6.5% (Seattle)
Pours a dark brown with reddish tint. Strong notes of cinnamon and cinnamon roll on the nose. Lots of spicy cinnamon on the palate. Dry, tart finish. Delicious, complex stout.
Elysian The Great Pumpkin 650ml 8% (Seattle)
Pours a pumpkin orange colour. Smells like you’ve just buried your nose in a pumpkin pie—big notes of spice, pumpkin and buttery crust. Big, boozy pumpkin pie notes on the palate, as well.
Phillips Coulrophobia IRA 6-pks 6.5% (Victoria)
Pours a reddish brown colour. Strong hoppy notes of onion, funk, tropical fruit and resin on the nose. On the palate there are also plenty of hop notes—fruit, resin and pine—with a round malt backbone. A nice malty alternative to an IPA.
Lighthouse Road Trip Wet Hopped Ale 650ml 6.2% (Victoria)
Pours a brown colour with hints of red around the edges. Funky, exotic hop notes on the nose. Notes of smoke, chocolate and fresh hops on the palate. The fresh hops are subtle, but this is a delicious beer.
Tofino Cosmic Wave Double IPA 650ml 9% (Tofino)
Pours a yellowish-orange colour. Fresh, bright citrus, pine and spice notes on the nose. Sweet, resiny and fruity on the palate. A big, tasty double IPA.
Clown Shoes Muffin Top Belgian Tripel IPA 650ml 10.5% (Massachusetts)
Pours a deep orange color with a brownish hint. Notes of boozy fruit on the nose. Sweet on the palate with notes of spice, stone fruit and a big bitter finish.
