The next Victoria Wine Society event is the final tasting of its fiscal year, which ends March 31. Though originally billed as a Tuscan tasting with a Brunello focus the VWS felt an overview of the region’s Sangiovese would keep the cost down and still provide an interesting line up of wines. The tasting will be held, Monday, February 28, 7 pm at Ambrosia Events Centre, 638 Fisgard St, and will conclude the 2010-2011 season.
